Prophetess Brenda Anderson is the pastor of the Living Word Ministry Church located in Lake Cormorant, MS and with the newest location located in Walls, MS.  She is married to Min. Willie Anderson.  She has one daughter /son-in-law and two grandchildren.  She is a Registered Nurse with a Masters in Nursing Administration and a BS in Theology-licensed Evangelist and Missionary from the COGIC Assembly. She is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience with several businesses and established organizations.

 

She was the first African American Administrator of the Tunica County Hospital, while also serving as a Medical lobbyist for the state of Mississippi. She has been given the prestigious recognition award from President G.W. Bush for establishing “Just Say No to Sex”. Where she implemented Nursing Programs to student, who had been teen parents, to achieve their Nursing Licenses, while teaching the B.I.B.L.E-Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth.

 

Living Word Ministry feeds more than 125 children per day during the summer program and affords the opportunity for underprivileged children to attend the prestigious Camp Penuel at no cost. Also, an HIV advocate for Northern MS/ Memphis, TN – to provide HIV Prevention and Testing. While continuing to minister in various auxiliaries to further the works of the ministry.

Pastor Anderson is a great woman of God who models and teaches servant leadership. 2 Timothy 2:15 states, Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman who need not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. She is truly a B.A.C. - Born Again Christian.
