The First Step
Our mission at Living Word Ministry is to build a Christian community where we all believe in One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism and to help you find a relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe in a God who designed us to be in relationship with him and one another. The blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the only way for us to have a relationship with God. His death removes our sin that separates us from God, who is perfect.
Baptism
After you place your faith in Christ for salvation, your next step is baptism. It’s like going public with your decision, telling the world that you identify with Jesus Christ. Baptism is a picture representing the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Membership
Becoming a member of Living Word Ministry is not something to be taken lightly. We envision every member actively ministering to others. At Living Word Ministry “membership means ministry.” We desire for every member to attend worship one hour, volunteer and serve one hour, and attend a LifeGroup one hour each week.
Volunteer & Serve
As believers we are called to Serve. God has gifted each one of us in such a way so that we can minister to the body of Christ and reach the lost both locally and world wide.
Give
As Christ Followers, we believe that we are stewards of God’s resources and that He is the owner of all things. In scripture, we are reminded of the importance of giving at least one-tenth of all God has so generously given to us.
